Terms of sale and use

These terms describe current intent and require review by qualified FDA/FTC counsel before publication.

  • Eligibility

    Access and ordering are limited to qualified researchers, laboratories and institutions who confirm the eligibility statements presented on this site.

  • Permitted use

    Materials may be used only for lawful laboratory research. They are not for human or veterinary use and are not offered as drugs, foods, dietary supplements or cosmetics.

  • No guidance

    Metric Chem does not provide preparation, protocol, dosing or administration information, and no content here should be interpreted as such.

  • Documentation

    Records are published as they are completed. A lot marked pending has no published report, and no interim document is issued in its place.

  • Orders

    An order is accepted only once eligibility and, where required, institutional qualification are satisfied. Metric Chem may decline an order.

  • Limitations

    Nothing on this site is a warranty of fitness for a particular purpose beyond the specification stated for the material supplied.
