METRIC CHEM

Quality standard

Measurement is the product

Metric Chem's standard is procedural, not promotional. Each statement below describes an operating step that produces a record.

  1. 01

    Source

Materials are acquired against a written specification. Receipt, container condition and supplier reference are recorded before a lot is opened.

  2. 02

    Analyze

Each lot is submitted for analysis before it is offered. Where analysis is outstanding, the material stays unavailable rather than being listed with an unsupported claim.

  3. 03

    Document

Analytical results, identifiers, handling data and storage specifications are compiled into a single lot record.

  4. 04

    Release

A lot is released for order only when its record is complete. Archived lots stay retrievable so prior work remains traceable.

What a lot record contains

One identifier, one record

A lot number identifies a single production or packaging run. It is the key that connects a shipped unit to the records on file.

  • Lot identifier

Assigned at release and printed on the label.

  • Analytical report

Published with the laboratory name and analysis date once recorded.

  • Tests performed

Listed exactly as they appear on the report — nothing implied.

  • Handling and storage

Storage specification and handling documentation for the format supplied.

  • Verification identifier

Printed on released documentation for record matching.

  • Archive state

Superseded lots remain listed and clearly marked as archived.
