Metric Chem supplies analytical research materials to qualified laboratories and institutions. Our operating principle is that a material is only as useful as the record that accompanies it.
Position
What we do
We list materials by neutral scientific classification, state the labeled quantity and physical format plainly, and publish the documentation status of every lot. When a record is incomplete, the material is marked unavailable rather than described with language we cannot support.
We do not publish outcome claims, application guidance or administration information of any kind. Materials are supplied exclusively for lawful laboratory research.
Commitments
What we will not do
- Publish a testing, manufacturing, shipping or accreditation claim without supporting documentation on file.
- Issue placeholder certificates or example laboratory results.
- Describe research materials in terms of personal or physiological outcomes.
- Use artificial scarcity, fabricated review counts or pressure tactics at checkout.
