Delivery and return terms

• Shipping estimates

  Shipping is estimated before payment and shown in full at checkout. No fee is added after submission.

• Delivery address

  Materials ship to institutional addresses. A recipient able to accept laboratory deliveries should be available.

• Cancellation

  An order may be cancelled in writing before the shipment label is generated. Cancellation confirmations are issued by email.

• Returns

  Sealed, unopened units may be returned when the return is agreed in writing and the lot identifier is intact. Opened material cannot be returned to inventory because lot integrity can no longer be documented.

• Damaged or incorrect shipments

  Report a discrepancy with the order reference and lot number. Replacement or credit is arranged once the record is checked.

• Pending publication

  Carrier services, transit times and regional restrictions are published once confirmed. Metric Chem does not state a shipping claim it cannot substantiate.
